Gather around the breakfast bar in the ultra-modern, fully-fitted quartz kitchen and enjoy a welcome drink. You'll find the hosts have provided everything you'll need to prepare some delicious meals which you can enjoy at the adjacent eight seater dining table before settling into the snug with a final dram by the wood burning stove. This long open plan area is perfect for special occasions and long lazy suppers where you can mingle with a pre-supper drink as the chef prepares and the table is laid.
A second snug provides a nice spill over room for those who fancy curling up by another wood burner with a good book, or to watch a movie with some popcorn. It's cosy with plush seating and lots of little additions to make it feel like an elegant home from home.
The first floor is also home to a very stylish conservatory overlooking the terrace. Big frondy plants compliment the botanical wallpaper, and the dark green leather seating makes this a serene space in which to have a first coffee, read the papers or simply enjoy the fabulous décor.
Upstairs you'll find four equally luxurious bedrooms with large comfortable beds decked out in beautiful crisp linens with oversized headboards and wonderful soft furnishings. Each room is designed to create a peaceful and relaxing environment where you can chill after a long day and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have luxurious ensuite bathrooms and there's a stylish Italian tiled family bathroom with big fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries from Arran Sense of Scotland for you to indulge in.
Start the day with a coffee from the Nespresso machine, and if the sun is shining you might like to enjoy it out on the private terrace where you'll find plenty of seating overlooking the manicured lawns as you make your plans for the day.

Golf lovers will find The Royal Dornoch is within close proximity to the house, and if you stroll just a little further you'll find the sandy shore and clear blue waters of Dornoch Beach, a beautiful place to swim, sunbathe and enjoy some water sports.
