This marvellous barn sits in a peaceful Cumbrian valley with luxury interiors and a private hot tub offering the perfect place to take in the view.
This beautiful barn offers groups of up to eight guests a luxurious, comfortable stay in a home that perfectly combines old world charm with contemporary amenities. Named after the stone from which it was built, the barn blends in nicely with its scenic surroundings, and when you step inside the huge windows connect you wonderfully to the rolling countryside outside.
Enter into the large entrance hall, before making your way into the wonderful, modern kitchen dining space. Here, huge bifold doors open up to create an outside/inside living arrangement and also offer you uninterrupted views of the surrounding hills. Perch at the breakfast bar with a drink in hand, keeping your designated chef company as they whip up a feast. The kitchen itself is nicely equipped, and even has an electric Rangemaster cooker with ceramic hobs and a great American fridge/freezer with inbuilt water and ice dispenser. When dinner is ready, the barn features a superb, that sets the scene for grand, social dinners.
After dinner, head outside and enjoy an indulgent soak in your luxury hot tub. This is the perfect place to enjoy an evening tipple as the sun begins to set or a night time soak as the stars come out above. The garden area also has a lovely dining table outside for summer lunches, which offers another great spot to sit and take in the view.
Back inside, the cosy lounge is another fantastic social space. The lounge has an abundance of comfy seating, meaning your whole group can gather and socialise in style. There’s also a lovely wood-burning fireplace, ensuring you can all stay toasty and warm whatever the weather outside. The lounge also offers a TV with a soundbar and Bluetooth connection, a DVD player and board games for all.
Before bed, enjoy a luxurious soak in the freestanding bathtub in the family bathroom, then head to one of the four delightful bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. Two of the bedrooms feature super-king size zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins if required. Then you have two other super-king size rooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
