This 1850’s villa is a wonderfully restored boutique hotel. With nine rooms, this elegant hotel has style by the bucket load. Confident styling throughout makes this hotel more than noteworthy, with individually designed rooms that are set to impress. Situated in the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, it is the perfect place to base yourself to explore this beautiful part of North Wales.
The nine rooms have three categories for guests to choose from - Standard, Superior and Luxury. No matter which room you choose, you can be assured that style is right at the forefront. Each room has its own story - from the romantic to the outlandish. Retro pieces have been sourced far and wide - from LED wallpaper, to floating beds and 70’s lounge furniture. And this contemporary hotel excels at combining perfect styling with pure luxury no matter which era you plump for. You can expect bold colour schemes, designer wallpaper and exquisite finishing touches. And the range of styles means that there will be a perfect room for everybody. On a more practical note, each of the ensuite rooms have a flat screen television, Blu-ray DVD player, Bose speakers and free wireless broadband.
The communal areas are just as stunning. The Victorian features are beautiful - with hardwood floors, gorgeous wood paneling, feature fireplaces and pretty stained glass windows. The impressive lounge has comfortable sofas, a handsome fireplace and a 42” television with the full Sky package.
The large dining room has expansive bay windows and beautiful high ceilings. Serving breakfast daily, the service and food is both stand out. Using locally sourced produce, it’s makes for a fantastic start to the day.
The villa is perfectly located at the end of the main shopping street and just half a mile from the seafront. Head out to explore the bustling cafes and restaurants or take a moment to stroll along the wide promenade, taking in Llandudno’s wonderful Victorian pier. The impressive Great Orme headland makes the most breathtaking backdrop to this pretty town. And for the more adventurous types out there, you’ll be pleased to hear that as well as plenty of coastal walks, you’re also just a 30 minute drive to Snowdonia National Park.

Leave a reviewWe had a lovely 2 night stay here. The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. It was lovely sitting in the window in the evening, looking over towards the mountains and sea. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were so friendly. Thank you Sam and Grace, we will very likely be back.
