This boutique double-braced shepherd’s hut provides unique, charming accommodation in the most peaceful and perfect setting. Willow is privately nestled in its own little copse and provides a secluded hideaway where you can breathe and relax amongst natural surroundings, and make memories that will stay with you forever. Tucked away in the stunning Cotswold countryside, with all that nature has to offer all around you, this luxurious shepherd's hut, with its copper outdoor bath, offers couples a restorative break where you and your loved one can reconnect.
The cosy accommodation consists of two hand-crafted shepherd’s huts which are joined together with a beautiful glass walkway connecting you to the outdoors whilst moving between the huts. This provides a truly spacious dwelling that still offers plenty of cosiness amidst whispering ash and poplar trees. The quality of the materials and the excellence of the craftsmanship are second to none and offer a one-of-a-kind retreat that oozes charm and luxury.
Inside Willow, you can enjoy a sumptuous full-sized double bed with a dreamy William Holland roll-top copper and nickel boudoir-style bath on a platform at its foot. Surrounded by ambient uplighting, this is an intimate and special setting in which to share a bottle of fizz. Finish off your night by making the most of the stunning star-gazing roof light above the bed.
If it’s a shower you prefer, the ensuite bathroom provides the perfect environment with fluffy dressing gowns, towels and toiletries provided for that extra touch of luxury.
A cosy and comfortable seating area is a welcoming space to settle in for the evening with a traditional board game or book and a log burner complete with unlimited wood will ensure you stay snug on the chilliest of nights.
A beautifully hand-crafted oak kitchen is a real treat and is perfect for couples to enjoy some self-contained cooking. The kitchen features an induction hob, fridge and a small Belfast sink. All the essential utensils are also provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. Continental or English breakfasts are provided for your first morning’s lazy ease into the day and food can be provided from the local farm shop on request.
From the rear of Willow, you’ll enjoy views across the Churn Valley and beautiful trees and greenery to the front, enclosed by a traditional Cotswold wall and ambient lighting. The back doors lead directly onto an enclosed outside bathroom where the wood-fired hot bath provides the opportunity to bathe under the stars surrounded by majestic tall trees, or alternatively experience bathing in the early mornings to the accompaniment of dawn bird song. A seating area with a BBQ and firepit is a lovely place to enjoy alfresco meals and conversations into the night.
Willow is situated in an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty in a quiet and secluded spinney with only trees and wildlife for company, but also close to nearby amenities. You will be free to explore the 13 acres of meadow with glorious views on your doorstep but if you want to venture further afield it’s only a 12-minute drive to the city of Cheltenham and the Cotswold capital of Cirencester.
