Located in the idyllic and beautiful Cotswolds, these three marvellous shepherds huts offer couples a romantic break in the country. These three huts, which can be booked separately or as a trio, are all set in their own private slice of countryside. Each offers you the chance to reconnect with nature, thanks to plenty of outdoor space and pretty, scenic views.
Guests can cook over an open fire or relax in the Skargards wood-fired hot tub whilst taking in the stunning views. Be sure to spend your days rambling through the nearby woodland and across the farm before retiring to your cosy hut for a great night's sleep.
Each of the shepherds huts have been classically designed and make use of an open-plan layout. Get a great night's sleep in the big comfy king-sized bed fitted with exquisite linen. The bed is situated at one end of the hut opposite a nice window, allowing you to wake up and enjoy the splendid view! There's also a wood burner to keep you cosy all year round, as well as a hob and a fridge in the kitchenette. Each hut also has a cute dining table for two, and an en suite shower room. You can also make use of an outdoor dining table and the deck chairs allow you to soak up the sunshine in comfort. There is also an awning on the side of the hut, so you have the option to sit in the shade if needed.
These marvellous huts are off-grid, making use of wood burning and solar power provide their energy. Therefore there is no WiFi and electricity is used with care. The huts also make use of composting loos. You can also enjoy dinner in the rustic 17th Century barn, where the owners host BBQ clubs and offer up delightful food.
Lovers of the great outdoors are in luck as the T Barn Shepherds Huts are located in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are numerous walking and cycling opportunities in the area as well as some delightful villages and market towns. The area is brimming with wildlife and is also home to some fantastic little pubs. The nearby Barnsley House also has a spa that can be booked in advance. You're also located a short drive from the historic market town of Cirencester that has interesting buildings, quaint cafes, great pubs and some nice spots to eat. You can also head slightly further afield and explore the Chiltern Hills and the North Wessex Downs.
