You are mere moments from the sparkling Adriatic Sea that laps against the rocks down below, meaning you can sit on the patio listening and gazing out over the water in the warmth of the sun. If you fancy a swim you can stroll down to the sea, or simply jump in your own private outdoor heated swimming pool. The tiled patio also has an outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for you to lounge around and relax.
Gather your whole group in the open plan living space and enjoy some lovely wine by the fire in the evening. During the day, open up the doors out onto the patio and make the most of the gentle sea breeze. Bedtime is made all the more enjoyable thanks to the lovely bedrooms that are designed for pure comfort, with delightful beds, wonderful views, private terraces and some even have their own walk in dressing rooms and private spa oasis.
Villa Extravaganza comes complete with a modern kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need; a laundry room; a study space; a climactic controlled wine cellar and an 8 person Jacuzzi. There’s even a mooring down at sea level for your own yacht.
You can also enjoy the games room, with a Sony flat screen TV and iPod docking stations throughout the house you can choose the soundtrack to your holiday. You can even use the integrated sound system to play your music outside.
Whilst you’d be forgiven for never wanting to set foot outside this amazing villa, you really should try. Nearby are the gorgeous coastal towns of Selca and Sumartin, offering splendid shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as breathtaking seaside views. These spots are lovely and romantic, you can lose yourself daydreaming as you stroll around their picturesque streets. You can also go for day trips which can be arranged at the villa either by sea or by road, and they will supply you with a guide for the day.
