Located overlooking one of Venice’s iconic canals in the Cannaregio district, this romantic apartment is perfect for couples looking for an authentic taste of the city. Enjoy the views of the water from the living area while you sip a coffee and tuck into breakfast in the mornings. A short stroll will take you to the Grand Canal and the nearest waterbus stops, perfect for navigating the city and getting to and from the many sights and attractions. In the evenings, stroll through the nearby Jewish Ghetto Ebraico and Fondamenta degli Ormesini, stopping off at one of the canal-side bars for a Venetian aperitif, before heading back to your cosy apartment.

The apartment is surrounded by pretty gardens and situated on the ground floor, just above the level of the canal, giving you a real sense of being by the water. The interior has been furnished in a contemporary style, with black and white photographs of the city lining the walls of the hallway. You’ll find the bright and airy open-plan living space at the end of the hall with a window and French doors overlooking the canal, letting in plenty of light. This space features a comfy living area, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the basics to get you started.

There is a spacious double bedroom with crisp white sheets waiting for you and striking contemporary furnishings, such as an elegant curving bookshelf and a bright splash of colour from the red wardrobe. Next to the bedroom, you’ll find the bathroom which has a shower over a bath and fluffy towels are provided.

Outside, you’ll find a charming shared garden with pretty trees providing shady areas to sit out with a book and an outdoor lounge area where you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of something in the evening.

The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring the city. It is located in the northern Cannaregio district which encompasses the Venetian Ghetto, the oldest Jewish Ghetto in the world and has three impressive synagogues open to visitors. You’ll also find the houses of Marco Polo and Tintoretto in this district along with the Strada Nuova, a lively street packed with shops, cafes and restaurants. It’s just a short walk to the nearest waterbus on the Grand Canal, meaning the rest of the city is within easy reach.
