The Old Vicarage is a truly luxurious retreat in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park with its own private spa, complete with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and an outdoor tennis court and football pitch!

From the moment you enter the large hallway, it's clear that you’re in a home where comfort and style are paramount.

The spacious living room, with its plush sofas, bean bags and wood-burning stove, offers a perfect space to unwind, keeping toes toasty and warm in front of the fire as you catch up with loved ones. Stunning panoramic views flood in through three large windows, while modern entertainment options, including a flat-screen TV and state-of-the-art sound system, ensure you’ll have plenty to keep you entertained.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, blending modern appliances with a traditional country feel. A large farmhouse-style table, hand-painted units and wooden worktops create a welcoming space, ideal for a quick breakfast.

The elegant dining room comfortably seats up to 10, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The two big windows provide a stunning backdrop for candlelit meals during the summer months.

For quieter moments, a cosy snug offers a peaceful retreat away from the rest of the group, with three comfortable armchairs and a fab writing desk.

For some added opulence, you and your loved ones will also have access to your own private leisure facilities. Enjoy an indulgent dip in the 15-metre heated indoor swimming pool, before unwinding in the luxury jacuzzi. You can also sweat it out in the sauna or steam room after a workout in the gym. There’s even an outdoor tennis court and a football pitch, so you can challenge your friends to a friendly game!

The house accommodates up to nine guests (or ten with an additional bed), offering comfort and luxury for families or small groups. The five individually designed bedrooms feature soft pastel tones, high-quality linens and unique views of the surrounding Swaledale landscape. Each guarantees a peaceful night’s sleep, meaning you can wake feeling refreshed and ready for the day!

Surrounded by meadows, woodland and its own stretch of the River Swale, The Old Vicarage provides breathtaking views and a relaxing, sumptuous environment for a memorable stay in the Yorkshire Dales.

There’s plenty to explore near The Old Vicarage, with something for everyone no matter the time of year. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, horse riding and fishing, with famous routes like the 'Coast to Coast’. Explore nearby castles and abbeys, including Bolton Castle and Fountains Abbey.
