This brand new property is wonderfully located on the exclusive Prah View development, just behind the sand dunes at beautiful Praa Sands. With gorgeous interiors, a south facing sunny terrace, and tasteful nautical styling, it’s the perfect retreat for friends or families alike. And with the beach just a couple of minutes away, you can enjoy surfing, coastal walks or sandcastle making at the drop of a hat.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area is gorgeously open plan. With a fresh colour palette and double bi-fold doors it’s a fabulously light and airy space. The dining area takes in the best of the views and can easily seat up to four comfortably. The lounge has a luxuriously large sofa at its heart - from here you can choose between watching the large 42” Sony Ultra HD TV or the fine Cornish sea views.

The kitchen is as sleek and stylish as they come - with a sociable breakfast bar, gleaming white work surfaces and AEG integrated appliances. With an oven, electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, it’s got everything you could possibly need. There’s even a wine cooler to ensure that any sunset drinking is kept suitably chilled.

Head through the bi-fold doors to the sunny south facing terrace with decked area and seating - perfect for any al fresco dining. It’s a dazzling spot taking in the best views over Praa Sands.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms - a master with sea views and king size double, and a twin/double. Both rooms are equally charming with luxe linens, beautifully bright textiles and relaxed nautical styling. On this floor there is also a large family bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, an elegant Villeroy & Boch suite and luxurious underfloor heating. The bath is fabulously deep, making it ideal for long post-beach soaks.

The location is stunning all year round. With beaches, coastal walks and surfing just minutes from the property, there’s plenty to do within easy walking distance. If you want to explore further then you don’t have to drive far to discover the magic at St Michael’s Mount at Marazion or the inspirational Cornish seal sanctuary. If you’re after some fresh seafood then the pretty foodie haven of Porthleven is just a ten minute drive away - here you can enjoy some exquisite harbour-side dining options, from the popular Kota Kai Bar and Kitchen, to Rick Stein, Porthleven.
