Located in the Prenzlauer Berg district, each room has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the hustle and bustle outside that can cater for every need.

With the choice of a studio - both with and without a roof terrace or balcony if required - double room, or a a townhouse studio to sleep up to 4, this is ideal for a family vacation or a couples' escape.

Each has a large double bed as standard, with the townhouse also coming with a sofa bed to accommodate those extra guests. They are light, airy and generously sized, with special attention paid to the design and general feel of these stylish abodes.

All the rooms are modern, flexible and practical, with wooden floors throughout, a coffee machine, TV, private bathroom and hairdryer all provided. There is also WiFi, nearby parking and a lift to make guests' stay even more convenient.

Of course the location is the real highlight of Schoenhouse Studios, with Alexanderplatz Square just a 15-minute walk away - which is a transport hub, but also a social hotspot with its street bars and eateries.

Prenzlauer Berg itself boasts many cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the property, including a cafe on the ground floor of the building itself where breakfast is available.

Getting around is easy on public transport, with Senefelderplatz Underground Station just 5 minutes away, while Alexanderplatz S-Bahn Train Station is a little over half a mile away and has a direct connection to Brandenburg Gate and Tiergarten Park.

Other nearby attractions include the Museum Island, which is walkable in 20 minutes, while for those seeking further culture the German Historical Museum, Gendarmenmarkt and Natural History Museum are all less than 2 miles away.

Those who want some occupational therapy can head to the Friedrichstraße, which is the major shopping street in central Berlin, or take a stroll down the Kurfürstendamm - one of the most famous avenues in the city.
