Sleeping 8-10 people, it’s a great choice for a family reunion or group getaway by the sea. Recently refurbished to a high standard, with calming colours and tasteful furnishings, this welcoming home has everything you’ll need to enjoy your seaside break and make memories that will last a lifetime.
The sociable, open-plan living area is centred around a sea-view window, offering breathtaking vistas from the comfort of the huge, L-shaped sofa. Here you’ll also find a log-effect gas fire to keep you cosy on chilly evenings, a newly fitted kitchen area with oven, hobs, microwave and dishwasher, and a dining table for indoor eating.
Kids are well looked after in this home-away-from-home with their own separate snug, complete with a Smart TV for streaming their favourite shows and a collection of books and toys.
When it’s time for lights out, the sea air will help aid a restful night’s sleep in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers lovely sea views and there’s also a double, a twin and a bunkbed room. Two more people can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the snug. And with two contemporary bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower over a bath, even at full capacity, everyone is catered for.
This seaside home even has a small study with a desk – a welcome extra for anyone who needs to keep in touch with work while they’re away.
Outside you’ll find a big, enclosed lawned garden, perfect for the kids to play in, with a swing and outdoor eating area. There’s also a separate decked area with a private six-person hot tub, a BBQ area with a useful serving hatch to the kitchen, and a fabulous raised patio where you can laze on loungers as you watch the spectacular sunsets over the sea.
Sand & Memories is located in the popular village of Broad Haven, on the picturesque Pembrokeshire coast, where you’ll find a handful of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. The neighbouring village, Little Haven, which you can walk to along the beach at low tide, is well worth a visit, and hikers will love exploring the miles and miles of dramatic coastal paths, which begin just a short walk from the property. The rest of the coastline is ripe for exploring, with huge sandy beaches, jaw-dropping coastal views and abundant marine wildlife just waiting to be discovered.
