Inside, the beautiful home offers a welcoming retreat. The main social hub of the house is the grand open plan living space. Here you can whip up a delicious feast in the contemporary kitchen whilst your friends and family perch up at the kitchen island with a glass of wine.
This space also features a lovely dining area, with a big table for hearty breakfasts or grand feasts. Or, simply settle here with your morning coffee as you decide what to do with the day. The final part of the open plan living area is the sitting room, where a couple of comfy sofas offer you the chance to enjoy an evening tipple with your loved ones or get comfy with a good book. A stunning double-sided wood-burning stove adds warmth and ambiance, and behind this is another seating area offering yet more space to relax.
At night, the sleeping arrangements include a generous family bedroom, four double rooms (one conveniently located on the ground floor) and two twin rooms, with the option of an additional two fold-out single beds for children. Upstairs, you’ll find three modern bathrooms with solar-heated hot water, one of which has a grand, freestanding bathtub for luxurious soaks. Also, a handy double utility shower room downstairs makes it easy to rinse off after a trip to the nearby beach.
When the weather's warm and the sun is shining be sure to step outside and explore the extensive gardens where you can rest with a good book, or head further afield and explore surrounding farmland, all freely accessible for guests to enjoy. The garden also features a big dining table, should you wish to enjoy summer lunches alfresco.
You’re nestled on the edge of the charming village of Georgeham, and are a short stroll from the village shop and two fantastic local pubs. Tucked away in a peaceful, south-facing valley, this secluded retreat provides the perfect private haven to unwind and reconnect with nature. Ideally located in the heart of North Devon’s stunning coastal area, you're only a few minutes' drive from the renowned surfing beaches of Croyde, Saunton, Woolacombe and Putsborough.
Guests are free to roam the surrounding farmland, taking in breathtaking views of the coastline stretching out to Lundy Island.
