A short stroll from the sandy dunes and rolling waves of Croyde beach, this modern and stylish home offers guests the chance to relax, unwind and share special times together, while experiencing the rejuvenating properties of the sea air and invigorating surf. This virtually brand-new house has a practical and comfortable open plan living area, with up-to-date fittings, and is an area where guests can keep the celebrations going from breakfast through to the early hours.
The kitchen is a fun spot with bright blue cupboards, all the required conveniences, plus a glamorous breakfast bar which makes the perfect place for a pre-dinner drink while helping cook rinse and sauté. A large dining table, with seating for up to fourteen, sits waiting for the fun to begin, whether guests are settling in for celebratory dinners or lengthy brunches. Take a seat on one of the large sofas in the lounge area, sit back in front of the large television and get cosy watching a film, perfect for winter days or after a long day of adventuring outside.
Upstairs and to the bedrooms, each are uniquely decorated with lots of colour and patterns which adds contrast and character to the calming neutral decor. Beds are large, comfy and dressed in Egyptian Cotton Linens. Useful reading lamps adorn mid-century side tables which sit on immaculate wooden flooring. And, whether admiring the night sky or enjoying morning coffee, the wraparound balcony is the place to unwind and find a quiet few moments. But, with views stretching out to the sandy dunes and the horizon beyond, it's unlikely guests will sit alone for long.
Croyde Bay is one of the premier surf spots in the UK and, from surf pros to amateurs, there is something for everyone. There are plenty of nearby surf schools where guests can book lessons and hire boards and wetsuits. For days out of the drink, enjoy the views and the birdlife from the stunning coastal path which winds around the bay and beyond. Of course, a trip to Croyde wouldn't be complete without a pint in the popular Thatch pub or The King's Arms, alternatively stroll over to Georgeham and get stuck in to the great menu and beers at The Rock.
