Forged from corten weathered steel, this rusty-hued home is a stunning monument against its luscious green or white mountain backdrop, dependent on the season of course. Located in Mühlbach, and surrounded by the Großvenediger and the Kitzbühel Alps, you’ll be spoilt with mountainous hiking trails and powdery piste runs.

Your statement Alpine retreat doesn’t just make an impression on the outside, inside you’ll find sleek timber surfaces in the kitchen, natural rock sinks in the bathrooms and bold lighting fixtures in the bedrooms.

The large wooden table is perfect for quick family breakfasts before heading out to explore the mineral-rich Habach Valley (fourteen minutes by car), or hiking up to Europe’s highest waterfall, the Krimml (a nineteen-minute drive).

Thoroughly awed, return home for a few games around the cosy living space or, rejuvenate in the luxurious infrared sauna.

If you’re here to ski, you’re a skip and an Ollie from the Panoramabahn ski lift, so you can make the most of the day out on the piste. If you’re here for high-altitude walks, the paths up to Hohe Tauern pass through the National Park and are idyllic family treks - if some of the family aren’t game, you can take the Wildkogel gondola and meet at the top.
