Overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the Cyclades on the isle of Naxos in Greece, Villa Sykia offers a contemporary and luxury stay for big groups. With amazing views and a beautiful swimming pool, this really is your perfect getaway with family or friends.

As you arrive you’ll be blown away by how grand and majestic this villa is. The outdoor area is exquisite, overlooking the beach and offering a number of places for you to spread out and unwind. Spend afternoons lazing by the side of the pool with a drink in hand whilst enjoying the view, before tucking into a delicious feast beneath the pergola. While away hours on the sun loungers with a good book before cooling off with a lovely dip in the fabulous swimming pool.

Villa Sykia’s garden is also a breathtaking masterpiece and was designed and crafted by a renowned landscape designer Jennifer Gay. Inspired by the timeless beauty of the surrounding Greek islands, Jennifer's creations pay tribute to the natural elegance and resilience of Mediterranean flora. Influenced by the visionary work of Olivier Filippi, a pioneer in sustainable and drought-resistant landscaping, her designs embody a deep respect for the environment.

Stepping inside, the villa is just as pleasing on the eye, with social spaces that are minimalist in design and feature super-comfy, stylish furnishings. The giant open plan living area has a double-height ceiling and a modern lounge with a big L-shaped sofa. Relax here and keep the your loved one company as they whip up a feast in the modern kitchen. If you fancy cooking alfresco, there is also an outdoor kitchen on the side terrace, meaning you can grill up some delicious local produce whilst enjoying the view in the warm summer sunshine.

When night falls, retire to one of the eight beautiful bedrooms, seven of which offer wonderful sea views. The bedrooms all offer deluxe beds that guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep and the eight bathrooms ensure that there are no queues for the shower in the morning. Four of the bedrooms are situated in two separate Garden Rooms, which consist of separate sets of two connecting rooms. Each Garden Room also has its own independent bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed, whilst the remaining seven bedrooms can be arranged as a double or two twins on request.

If you wish to head out and explore, there’s an amazing beach right on your doorstep, where you can sunbathe or swim to your heart's content. If you venture further afield, Naxos offers a mix of cultural, historical and natural attractions.

Explore the iconic Portara, an ancient marble gateway and the charming old town with its Venetian castle. Relax on stunning beaches like Agios Prokopios and Plaka, ideal for sunbathing and water sports. Visit traditional mountain villages like Apiranthos for local cuisine and handicrafts. Hike Mount Zeus for panoramic views and tour ancient sites like the Temple of Demeter. Don't miss savoring Naxian cheese and local wines!
