This luxurious and stylish home has been thoughtfully designed and is ideally located for great beaches and restaurants making it a perfect getaway for families or friends wanting to unwind by the sea.
On entering Seven Palms you'll find a bright and welcoming hallway, a theme than continues throughout this professionally designed house. The open plan kitchen and dining area is spacious and light with a fully equipped modern kitchen and an extendable eight seater table with comfy leather chairs where you can gather together for a welcome drink. Light floods through patio doors making it a lovely space to eat a family meal or sip that first coffee of the day.
The living room has been beautifully decorated with soft furnishings in warm colours reflecting the ever changing hues of a Mudeford sunset. It's a cosy room with big sofas, a stylish electric fire for chilly nights and a Sky Glass TV should you fancy a Netflix movie night snuggled up under a blanket.
The ground floor bedroom is adjacent to the shower room; suitable for any guests with mobility issues. The design of this room is a nod to the name of the property and provides a four poster king size bed.
On the first floor you'll find three additional bedrooms; a main king size room with ensuite, a second king size and a twin room ideal for the kids to bunk down in. All of the rooms are decorated in soothing coastal tones with comfy beds; pretty art on the walls and modern tasteful furnishings. The twin single bedroom boasts a TV and plenty of books and toys to keep kids entertained. There's also a family bathroom with a bath tub for long soaks after a day at the beach.
Back down the stairs and out through the patio doors where you'll be delighted by the garden. Large and smart with plenty of seating and a BBQ, this is a lovely place to settle down after a long day. Grab a blanket and snuggle under the festoon lighting for a late night hot chocolate with the sounds of the sea lulling you into complete relaxation. The garden is fully enclosed so you can let the kids and dogs run wild. This is also an excellent spot to gather for cocktail hour. Hijack the swinging hammock before the kids do!
Mudeford has the rare benefit of being a coastal village only a 10-minute drive from the New Forest National Park. Sea, sand, forest walks and stunning sunsets, it has something for everyone. Bournemouth is to the east and the Georgian market town of Lymington is to the west, both can be easily accessed by car, bike or public transport. The beach huts on Friars Cliff and Mudeford Sandbank are all close by and when it comes to dining out, you're spoiled for choice. If you love seafood you won't do better than taking a short walk to The Noisy Lobster on Avon beach, a favourite with locals. And if you fancy some more upmarket dining, The Jetty Restaurant is well worth a visit with beautiful views over Christchurch Harbour.
A little further afield, head to Christchurch town centre, full of restaurants and cafes, independent boutiques and bars.

Leave a reviewSeven Palms is a great place for a family get-together. There’s plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby, and plenty of things to do nearby to keep everyone entertained. We stayed for 4 nights during half-term and visited Moors Valley Country Park in the New Forest (including Go Ape and the Halloween trail), spent hours on the nearby beach and Mudeford Quay, and just relaxed in the house (there are lots of games to play and a great garden to run around in). The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with lots of basic grocery items, and included a thoughtful welcome hamper. We ate in the large kitchen/diner most evenings, and also enjoyed meals at the nearby Noisy Lobster. We would recommend Seven Palms to families of all ages.
