This converted Victorian school house offers large groups an amazing stay in the picturesque harbour town of Fowey. Stylish and spacious open living spaces offer big groups plenty of room to socialise, whilst the hot tub provides a delightful spot to relax with a drink whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views. We are sure that you'll be blown away by the size of the property as well as the gorgeous Victorian architecture and the high-end, industrial interior design.
Inside, the school house has big high ceilings and large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. Guests can congregate in the open plan living and dining room, which has a spacious dining table, stylish seating, sliding glass doors, table tennis and a cool mezzanine level complete with a chill out hammock. Or, why not get comfy in the other living room which has a huge U-shaped sofa, a big TV and a large wood burning stove to keep you cosy in winter? There's even a comfy sofa in the kitchen, which is complete with all the modern amenities you'll need to whip up delicious feasts during your stay.
Stepping outside, the patio offers yet more dining space and also houses the hot tub. You can enjoy a drink in the evening here whilst gazing down at the harbour views. Watch the sea move as the boats tinker about on the water with the beach, village and rolling hills beyond. There's also a lawned garden with a quaint picnic table and some swings that the kids will love.
Back inside, the four bedrooms offer minimalist design and sleep 16 people across 12 beds. There are also three bathrooms on offer, one of which features a nice bath tub where you can enjoy a relaxing soak to wash away the salt of the sea.
The Victorian School House sits on the tall slopes of the harbour town of Fowey in Cornwall. The main village and its many cafes, pubs and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away. The quaint village is located where the picturesque River Fowey meets the sea. You can explore the local area on foot or by car, and there are a number of lovely beaches nearby that the whole family will love. The nearby Readymoney Cove is a protected beach for swimming and offers nice access to woodland and cliff walks in a calming setting.
