Hosting a private hot tub in the garden perfect for an evening of star-gazing beneath the North Devon skies, the Georgian House further boasts a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining, apt for soaking up the sun in the south-facing garden. Guests will also be able to spend time exploring the surrounding grounds, taking in the views, and visiting the friendly animals including alpacas, pygmy goats, kune kune pigs, runner ducks and guinea pigs.
Sleeping nine across five bedrooms, this property is the perfect location for a family holiday. The ground floor hosts the dining room, drawing room, games room, kitchen, snug and laundry room with a downstairs loo. Should guests need extra space, the secret door to the Old Farmhouse is a handy back passage, disguised by a bookcase, acquired for an extra price. Booked together, the two properties will host fifteen people, perfect for a family reunion.
Upstairs hosts two king-sized bedrooms complete with private ensuite shower rooms, two twin rooms, one single room and a large family bedroom complete with a luxurious roll-top bath and separate shower. The games room is equipped with a table tennis table, table football and darts, with doors leading out to the private, south-facing terrace and lawn, hosting the hot tub, barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining.
