This magical private villa lies in the heart of the beautiful Cortijo El Carligto Estate in the Andalusia coastal region of La Axarquia. With unbridled views, luxury interiors and your own private pool, it’s as beautiful as it gets. From the pool and private terraces you can indulge in endless mountain views all the way out to the Mediterranean. And the local area has plenty to explore - from whitewashed hillside villages to the beautiful coastline.
Step inside the villa to discover effortlessly chic interiors - with hand-picked antiques, comfortable furniture and centre-piece fireplaces (both inside and out), it’s simply breathtaking. The lounge is truly welcoming whilst the traditional kitchen sits perfectly beneath a stunning beamed ceiling. Here you’ll find everything you could need to cook up a celebratory meal - or you could take the easy option and hire in your own private chef.
The four double bedrooms (two ensuite) are styled with luxury linens and colourful textiles. Set against whitewashed walls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings, the rooms exude relaxation. The Master has its own fabulous ensuite - with an arched corridor that leads you to a beautiful Hammam style bath, balcony terrace and outdoor shower.
Outside, the view across the mountains and out to the Mediterranean, is as majestic as they get. Dominating in every direction, it’s truly intoxicating and wholly relaxing. With numerous shaded seating areas, there are plenty of places to escape with a book - or perhaps you’d like to take a moment of contemplation in the covered spa cabana. For bringing everyone together there is a glorious outdoor kitchen and seating area. Situated next to the pool with a large dining table, fireplace and twinkling lights - it makes the most magical backdrop to your evening meal.
The pool area has crystal clear water, plenty of sun loungers and the most glorious view. And the grassy garden next to the pool offers up yet another stunning area to relax.
The area is picture-perfect with plentiful hillside walks to discover from the door. Explore the hillside villages or head to the coast - the beaches at Torre del Mar and Nerja are both within easy driving distance.
