In the centre of the famous Castello District of Venice sits Attico Terrazzo. This beautiful terraced apartment, while situated in the city's the most populous district, enjoys a blissfully quiet and serene area of this picturesque city - perfect for those seeking the authentic Venetian experience. Guests will be wowed not only by the convenient location and beauty of the area - and the accompanying views from the terrace - but also by the comfort and convenience that this property has to offer.
So, whether it's a couple's retreat, a romantic getaway, or a family holiday, this Adriatic gem is ideal for any visitor wanting to get the most out of the City of Canals.
Attico Terrazza is a spacious property, with a simple yet stylish design. The apartment's main open-planned area includes a living room with two couches, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This opens out onto the terrace - perfect for dusting off the cobwebs and enjoying your morning espresso from the coffee machine. One of the two double bedrooms sits adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, whereas the master bedroom is in the top floor attic. It even comes with its own lounge area. Lastly, the apartment comes with a large walk in closet, and one bathroom with a bath and shower.
Attico Terrazza sits in Castello, one of the six districts - or "sestieri" - of Venice. Castello is the largest and one of the busiest districts in the city and houses a number of famous landmarks. Via Garibaldi is renowned for its many shops, bars and restaurants, offering the perfect setting for those wishing to dine on authentic Venician cuisine, or engage in a bit of retail therapy. For the history buffs, there is the magnificent Venetian Arsenal, the site at which the ships of the Republic of Venice were built. Other local places of interest include the Giardini della Biennale parklands, the San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, and the Chiesa della Bragora Church - to name but a few. Of course, Venice is very walkable, so you will be able to conveniently explore one of the world's most beautiful cities easily and at your own leisure.
