To redeem a voucher, simply make a booking through Coolstays, then use the form at coolstays.com/voucher-redeem to send us your booking confirmation together with voucher code, and your bank details for the refund, and we will refund the voucher holder up to the value of the voucher.

Vouchers can be delivered to you or to the recipient - if you choose and specify the recipient's email address.
You and the recipient will receive an email containing the voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to view/download at any time.
How to Redeem a Voucher
Step 1: Find somewhere to stay on Coolstays.com.
Step 2: Make your booking and pay the owner/agent directly.
Step 3: Click the button below to send us your booking confirmation, the voucher code
and
your bank details using our secure
form.
We will then refund you, to the value of the voucher, direct to your bank account.
