Villa RoseMari is a stunning modern villa spread over four levels with elegant furnishings, a games room, spectacular panoramic views and a terrace with direct access to the sea. It would be a delightful getaway for up to eight people seeking a luxurious summer holiday by the sea in Kut, a picturesque bay in the old part of Vis town.

You'll enter the property through a courtyard which leads directly into the cosy snug area where you'll find a lovely white sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a flat screen TV. A lovely place to relax after a long day in the sun.

The entertainment room with a pool table and a large TV is located in the basement of the villa as well as a large utility room and a separate twin room with its own bathroom.

Next to the snug you'll find an elegant open and airy kitchen and dining room with doors leading on to the terrace. Cool white walls, pale woods and tasteful ornaments are framed by a few pretty plants and art on the walls creating a stylish and laid back space. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chefs among you and you can settle in for a sumptuous meal at the eight seater dining table. When you arrive you'll want to fix a drink and head straight out the breathtaking seafront terrace where you can sit on the outdoor armchairs and admire the absolutely beautiful view of the bay and the boats bobbing on the water. A few steps down and you're on a jetty where you can relax on the sun loungers or wade into the sea.

Up the staircase you'll find the first three bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of the rooms have lovely views of the sea and all are decorated in pale soothing tones with comfortable beds decked out in luxurious white linens. All of the rooms have impressive ensuite facilities with pretty tiled floors and large walk-in showers. Further up on the top floor is the master bedroom. This spacious and delightful room is similarly decorated but includes a free-standing bath in the ensuite as well as the large shower. This room also has magnificent views and large skylights equipped with blackout blinds to ensure a good night's rest.

In the morning you can enjoy a refreshing shower before heading down to enjoy your first coffee out on the terrace. Maybe take a little dip in the ocean before breakfast.

Vis Island is one of the smaller islands in Croatia and the two main areas to explore are Vis Town and Komiza. You'll find plenty of incredible mountainous scenery and some wonderful restaurants including Konoba Vatrica serving traditional dishes by the water, and Lola Konoba and Bar which offers fine cocktails and boasts a stunning garden. Be sure to spend a day at Stiniva, a picturesque white pebble stone beach in a small cove, where you'll find crystal clear blue water to swim and a little beach cabin bar.
