• The property lies on a large estate with other holiday properties, and the manager’s apartment is close by. Do anticipate that they may well be around during your stay. Nestled in the rocky beauty of Lanzarote, just a kilometre from sandy beaches, Villa Palacio is a once-in-a-lifetime holiday villa, set back on a vast patch of land, and replete with everything your family and friends need to enjoy some serious downtime in the sunny Canary Islands. Benefiting from a stunning, open plan layout, ten bedrooms, a solar heated swimming pool and a daily housekeeper, Villa Palacio is as decadent as you want it to be.

Internally, the property benefits from views of the sea, the mountains, and the rolling grounds outside your front door. In addition to the highly sought after private garden suite, Villa Palacio offers six bedrooms. The first two bedrooms, coming off the main living space’s raised lounge area, feature en suite shower rooms and king-sized beds. Up the sweeping central staircase, inlaid with mood-lighting LEDS, are two further bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and private terrace, the other with twin beds and a marble-style bath tub that gazes out over the Atlantic. Continuing up the stairs you’ll find a fifth bedroom, complete with a marble freestanding tub, thatched over ‘day-bed’, and its very own terrace. With a South-facing aspect, don’t be surprised if this balcony becomes the go-to space for your party to enjoy the sunset over cocktails. On the upper level floor, the master suite truly is something to behold. With a stone freestanding tub and super-king sized bed within this spacious suite, as well as a walk-in rain shower, and extraordinary views.

As well as the six bedrooms inside the villa itself, guests can also make use of the three Palacio Yurts and the Garden Bedroom. The yurts are genuine six metre Mongolian yurts, that features a pretty red felt interior, polished concrete flooring, and a comfy super king-size bed. The yurts are warm throughout the year, boasts amazing views of the sea, and also have their own walk-in shower. Please note from 1st Jan 2025 two of the three yurts are being removed.

The Garden Bedroom is separate from the villa offering more privacy for a couple. It is open plan and has a double bed, more sea views, an en suite shower room and access to the shaded terrace.

Villa Palacio has been perfectly outfitted to take advantage of Lanzarote’s enviable climate, offering a number of great outdoor spaces to recline and relax, drinking in your sumptuous surroundings and allowing the stresses of everyday life to drain away. The 40 square meter pool is solar-heated, and the villa comes with its own hot tub, the idea spot for a cold beer at the end of the day. There is also a thatched-over gazebo, multiple terraces, and gardens abounding in mature trees, all enclosed within the 10,000 square metre Palacio estate.

Guests flock to Lanzarote from all over Europe and beyond, drawn to the unspoiled beaches, otherworldly landscape, island-time lifestyle and balmy climes. Regardless of the makeup of your party, you can be assured of a warm welcome and endless activities. The golden sands of Lanzarote’s beaches are nearby, as are multiple bars, cafes, and restaurants, ranging from casual family-style eateries to more formal establishments specialising in local seafood. Although the range of events and opportunities is bound to impress you, many guests find little reason to stray far from the ping pong table, terraces, and tranquil interiors of their very own paradise villa.
