Perched on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve, this holiday home is made entirely of concrete, with a perfectly symmetrical design.

Inside you have clean lines, minimalist design and a cool, airy atmosphere. And outside you can make the most of your private patio that sits in the centre of the property and is complete with a swimming pool.

Solo Pezo Von Ellrichshausen sleeps five guests in two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed and its own en suite bathroom for added privacy. You also have a stylish oak desk should you want to use it. Then the second bedroom can be made up with three single beds, or one single and two doubles, offering some added flexibility depending on your needs. This room also has an en suite bathroom for guests to make use of.

The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need, including an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and a dishwasher so no one is left with the washing up. There's also a dining room with space to accommodate your entire group, making dinner times a real treat. Come winter light up the fireplace, put your favourite tunes on the bluetooth speaker, and socialise whilst staying toasty and warm. And in summer you can venture outside and make use of the variety of outdoor spaces.

As well as the amazing central patio area, the property also has a number of wonderful balconies, complete with comfy seating areas that offer incredible views of the nature reserve. This is a fantastic place to roll out the yoga mats and enjoy the peace and tranquility of your surroundings. The balconies also have curtains so you can sit in the shade if needed.

This is a truly unique property, that makes use of winding concrete staircases and a fabulous architectural design. It's contemporary, sleek, and cutting edge, meaning you can enjoy a modern break in this marvellous part of Spain.
