Enjoy Ibiza in style at Pikes, a beautiful resort set in a 500-year building on the Balearic island. This 25-room boutique-style hotel in the San Antonio hills has a rich musical history. Established by Tony Pike in the 1970s it was the location for Wham!'s 'Club Tropicana' music video and was also the venue for Freddie Mercury's 41st birthday party. Other famous guests have included Grace Jones, Tony Curtis, Spandau Ballet and Bon Jovi.

Restored by Ibiza Rocks in 2011, Pikes mixes rustic charm and rock 'n' roll history throughout its bespoke rooms and suites. There are 6 different options to choose from when deciding where to stay.

The first are the Pikes Rooms, which are individually designed double bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and bath, TV and private outdoor space overlooking the surrounding mountains. Next are the bespoke Junior Suites, which also sleep two and offer a little more space and quirky touches throughout. The Suites were each personalised for someone close to Tony Pike and come with seating and dining areas and can sleep up to three.

Finally there are three one-off options for those wanting that something even more special. The Rockett St George Suite sleeps three, and in the words of owner Lucy St George it is, sexy, disco, iconic, tropical, rock ’n’ roll. El Apartmento is perfect for those sharing, sleeping four people across two double bedrooms and also has two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Then there is La Residencia, which is a home within the hotel with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living area and is situated poolside.

Set among the sprawling gardens the famous aquamarine pool is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, or continuing the party at. It is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and big chill-out beds. Rockovery Healthy & Holistic Center offers treatments such as yoga and massage, before enjoying a fantastic meal at the Room 39 restaurant, and then dancing the night away at one of Freddie's memorable events.

The centre of San Antonio is just 1.2 miles from Pikes, while nightclubs such as Amnesia, Pacha and Privilege are a 10-minute drive away and Ibiza Town is 20 minutes by car.
