This Gozitan farmhouse in Malta has been lovingly restored while retaining many of its original features to create a spacious, airy home with plenty of natural light which floods into the living spaces via the doors that lead out to the fantastic outdoors including your own private pool. A large terrace, garden and balcony off the main bedroom offer incredible views of stunning countryside and the ocean from the moment you wake up, to your evening glass of wine as the sun sets, and these are vistas you won’t want to miss.
Spend your mornings lounging beside the pool in the sunshine, before cooling off in the waters of your private pool. Then, why not lunch under the shade of the rattan parasol at the stone picnic table? Or, spend your days at the beach which can be reached in twenty-five minutes on foot.
This villa is located at the end of a private lane, on the outskirts of the village of Xaghra. The village can be reached in roughly eighteen minutes on foot, and here you will find several restaurants and other amenities such as a supermarket and gift shops. What’s more, Xaghra is also where the megalithic temples of Ggantija and Ninu’s cave are located. So, take the opportunity to experience some of Malta’s historic highlights.
In the evening, cook your dinner on the barbecue, and dine alfresco beside the pool, as a light breeze rustles through the palm trees. Then, retire inside and curl up on the sofas or get some last-minute work done in the dedicated study snug with its double-sided fireplace, before bedtime.

From Valetta, take the ferry through clear blue waters to explore the islands of Gozo and Comino, which complete the inhabited areas of this unique island nation.
