Found just off Gran Vía, there's something effortlessly cool about this apartment. The high ceilings, glossy parquet flooring and white walls combine to make for a stylish backdrop, against which a tasteful collection of furnishings have been selected — the Art Deco-inspired coffee table and tufted teal sofa being our favourites.
Elsewhere, you'll find a contemporary kitchen dominated by smooth surfaces, patterned tiles and a muted grey colour palette, plus some minimalist bedrooms — one of which is fortunate enough to have a balcony with seating looking over to the internal courtyard.
When you want to see a little more of Madrid, you're in a prime position to do so. Some of the city's most famous sights sit a short distance away, such as Plaza de España four minutes' walk away and Palacio Read de Madrid taking about ten on foot. On the other side of Gran Vía, you'll find the Malasaña neighbourhood, which is down-to-earth and full of vintage shops, cool cafes and lively bars.
