Nestled on the shorefront in the heart of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran, Arran Shores offers a breathtaking escape with a number of brand-new luxury self-catering apartments and suites, just steps from the water’s edge. Housed within a beautifully transformed church, these two boutique suites pair stylish design with warm, attentive guest support. The idyllic location serves up spectacular views and a serene island vibe, making it the perfect base for soaking up the magic of Arran’s most picturesque and peaceful bay.
Suite 1 and Suite 12 are the two shoreside suites, meaning they both offer exquisite views out across the sea.
Up first is Suite 1, which occupies one of the best plots in the entire building, and offers guests its own private entrance. Sleeping four, this marvellous, modern apartment offers a comfy living room, with big windows that provide uninterrupted views of the Holy Isle and a modern kitchen that’s equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts. There are also French doors that open up onto a private balcony where you can sit with your morning coffee and soak in your surroundings as you plan the day ahead.
Suite 1 also has two luxurious ensuite bedrooms, both of which guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. Both feature king size beds and smart TVs, with ensuite bathrooms that feature walk-in showers and heated towel rails. This Suite has a total of three showers across its three bathrooms.
Suite 12 is the other shoreside, split-level suite that offers yet more stunning views of the island, looking straight out across the bay. This apartment also offers a fab open-plan living space and modern kitchen, but does not have a balcony. The upstairs bedroom suite and open plan bathroom occupy the whole of the upper floor, and the bedroom itself features amazing arched windows that offer incredible views. There’s also a downstairs bedroom, meaning the apartment sleeps four.
Both ensuite bathrooms are stunning and each offers a free-standing bathtub for added luxury. One of the bathrooms sits in the spire of St Georges and is surrounded by tall arched windows on all sides. The other is located on the top floor and the bath is ideally positioned offering you the chance to enjoy an indulgent soak whilst gazing straight out the stunning arched windows across the bay.
