You will find Casa Pineta submerged in umbrella pinewood trees by the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in easy walking distance and you can be in the sea within a minute from your door.
This four-bedroom house boasts a stunning pergola that offers its guests an alternative entertainment area with a kitchen, dining and living space under the pine trees. The interiors are bright, light and airy, a charming mixture of rustic chic and Mediterranean style.
The lounge areas, both inside and out feature super comfy sofas, sumptuous fabrics and natural tones and fabrics, making them the ideal spaces to socialise with your guests whatever the weather. Pour a Pina Colada, pull up a sunbed and prepare to destress.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, dinnerware, silverware, moka, espresso machines and everything you need to satisfy the fussiest of eaters. The dining areas both offer large dining tables, comfortably seating 12 guests where you can enjoy the fruits of your BBQ in style whether indoors or out.
You’ll find three double bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms and air conditioning plus a large loft-style triple bedroom. The biggest room, facing the huge terrace on the first floor, has a lovely view of Marina di Campo beach and the pine woods and can accommodate another single bed and a cot. A double bedroom on the first floor has a cute little terrace with a beach view and can also accommodate a single bed and a cot.
The bedroom on the ground floor overlooks the little porch next to the kitchen and has a lovely vintage feel to it. The spacious loft bedroom on the first floor overlooks the huge terrace on the beach side and contains three single beds. Each bedroom is simply furnished in cool, crisp colours and fabrics and offers a refreshing respite from the heat.
The garden, with its huge terrace, is a beautiful space both for kids to run around and for adults to relax on the comfy outdoor sofas with a nice drink. You can chill out with the scent of pinewood trees mixed with the smell of the sea or wander through the gate and onto the sandy beach. The memories made here will last a lifetime.
Marina di Campo centre is only a few minutes away from the house and the surrounding area offers many different activities within walking distance. From pilates to sailing, tennis, swimming lessons, an outdoor gym, fishing, hiking, mountain bike excursions and much more. The village offers ample good restaurants and shops, an amazing gelateria, kids fair and a street market.
