Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of Coolstays, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. This competition will commence at 12:00 UK time on 7th October 2021 and all entries must be received by 23:59 UK time on 31st Oct 2021. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
4. The Prize – 1 x winner will win:
1 night stay at the Sea Containers London Hotel, South Bank, London including film screening of The French Dispatch
1 x £500 Coolstays voucher
2 x runners up will receive:
1 x £500 Coolstays voucher each
5. The prize is to be taken on dates agreed with Sea Containers London, subject to availability and black-out dates will apply.
6. Travel to each location is not included.
7. The Sea Containers London stay must be taken by 31st January 2022. Vouchers are valid for 2 years.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
9. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize.

11. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Coolstays, from all valid entries received by the closing date.
12. The winner will be contacted by email, within one week of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 7 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
13. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
14. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.
15. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
