Leave a reviewCan’t recommend this place highly enough. We came for a four day break to chill out but would have loved to stay longer. The hut is located in a lovely peaceful meadow with fabulous views. Extremely private. The hut itself is top notch with lovely furnishings, very well equipped and wow ! the welcome basket. Best ever. Loved the outdoor bath and did some great bbq on the fire pit. The owners respected your privacy but were on hand for any questions we had. Recommend the walk from Bewdley to Arley with maybe a train ride back . Lovely walks round the Malvern hills and great afternoon out at Harvington hall with its beautiful gardens and fab cafe. Felt we only just touched the area and will definately be back 10/10

Lisa and Andrew are amazing hosts one of the best I’ve had so far and I’ve stayed many places, they are so nice and friendly and very welcoming and ready to give a helping hand whenever needed. Me and my partner wanted to get away for a few days for my birthday. This Shepherds hut was perfect with amazing views. Everything so was clean and tidy and we even arrived to a welcoming hamper filled with lovely fresh produce and a bottle of bubbly. This shepherds hut is in a great spot with plenty of privacy and no one else around nor much visibility to the hut from anywhere else which was perfect and it was the only one. It has a Lovely litttle tv with everything on it you need and WiFi if needed (we didn’t use the WiFi internet connection is stable there) . We used the hobbit log burner every day and night for the majority of the time and it did not disappoint. Lisa and Andrew even brought more logs for us to burn which was nice of them and even asked us first if it would be ok to come. Must say 10/10 no complaints the only one problem I have is that I didn’t stay longer. Would love to come again sometime. Thank you

We stayed here for a night and it was the most peaceful cozy place, we wished we had stayed longer. Lisa has done an amazing job with the amenities from the white company bedding to the L’Occitane soap! One night was simply not enough and we will be sure to return. The hut comes with a kitchen area with eggs and artisan bread stocked for your morning breakfast. The outdoor tub is perfect even in the cold months to refresh looking over the peaceful countryside fields. I would recommend to anyone and we will be back for sure. We arrived late and Andrew was happy to wait and guided us down to the hut. The communication from them both was amazing. Thankyou for making it so special!

It was An absolute dream getaway. There is just such incredible attention to detail in this luxury hut. From the extra big mugs and hot chocolate to the shortbread biscuits and prosecco and orange juice. We didn't want to leave this little corner of heaven. It was such a pleasure to cozy up in this cabin for a long Weekend and enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine and a board game. The bed is super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. I can't wait to go back!

In desperate need of a switch off from every day busy life, my husband and I decided to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary at the Jenny Wren Shepherds Hut. Where do I begin? Right from the very start when we booked our last minute break, Lisa was extremely helpful and informative. The Hut is perfectly located in the most idyllic, peaceful setting with breathtaking views over the Countryside, which we enjoyed sitting amongst, whilst watching the sunset and sipping our complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The hosts, Lisa and Andrew were wonderful - super welcoming and accommodating right from the start of our arrival. They even kindly collected a take away for us, with theirs and delivered to our little hut. The hut - beautiful, cosy and well equipped with comfy king sized bed, power shower in en-suite, flat screen tv, Wi-Fi and log burner all for extra comfort. Situated just outside, were some rattan chairs, a BBQ Firepit and THE bath. No skimping on quality, everything all thought out, right down to every last detail. Luxurious extras such as, robes, wool blankets, coffee machine, fortnum & mason tea / coffee, a hamper basket and the fridge filled with lots of local and natural produce (fresh breed, milk, eggs, butter, Orange juice, jam, chutney, cereal, brownies, shortbread) made for a lovely extra touch. We were after something remote, private, peaceful and relaxing where we could just stop and reconnect - we got just that and couldn’t have asked for any more. The most, much needed, romantic getaway. Highly recommend a stay at Jenny Wren Shepherds Hut.

Incredible little gem. From start to finish, Lisa and Andrew were extremely helpful. We were given lots of information of the local area prior to arrival (takeaways, walks, restaurants, etc) and the directions from Lisa made it easy to find. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to provide a nice hamper with some flowers and added extras. The hut itself is isolated in the perfect location with sunset views over the hills which are stunning. It has a lovely outdoor seating area with a quirky outdoor bath, surrounded by beautiful flowers. Inside, was beyond all expectations, featuring nice warm colours and decor and a nice breakfast bar seating area with views over the hills. Kitchen area features a nice granite worktop and a double hob. Bathroom has a nice powerful large shower. All of the products in the hut are high end, lovely scented products with shower gels, shampoos, hand wash etc. There are so many nice touches that go above and beyond that of a normal host. The bedroom is the highlight. A perfect fitted bed, with the most relaxing bedsheets, mattress, pillows etc. It has two big windows at the end of the bed, which made it beautiful to wake up and open the blinds to a perfect view. Also, the bed was large enough to fit all 6ft5 of myself for anyone worrying about size! There are plenty of takeaways and nice restaurants nearby. There is a superstore in the nearby town of Stourport (5 min drive). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby. I recommend the Bewdley to Arley circular walk as recommended by Lisa. It was stunning with some beautiful views. Overall, we have travelled well and this was one of the best trips we've had. The views, hut, location and the hospitality all made it perfect.

What a beautiful place to stay. Everything was so well thought out right down to where the hut is located, the perfect spot in the field overlooking beautiful hills/greens. Everything inside the hut is high end, white company robes, towels, bedding, L'Occitane shampoo and conditioner. Even Penhaligons matches! Andrew and Lisa were fantastic hosts and even recommended great restaurants which were indeed great. Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful accommodation. Everything we wished for and more. Very cosy and romantic, and the outside bath is to die for during sunset!! The owners really go above and beyond to make your stay special. We had a hamper waiting for when we arrived which contained fresh milk, eggs and orange juice. Freshly baked cookies and shortbread. Two jars of cereals and crisps! All made two mornings worth of very delicious breakfasts. We will 100% be back and will recommend to friends and family!

Myself and partner have just got back from a weekend away at Jenny Wrens Shepard hut. Lisa & Andrew have gone above and beyond to ensure this little piece of heaven is everything you could ever hope for. On arrival we were greeted with a hamper full of bread, milk, juice, cereal, biscuits, butter, jam, Prosecco, fresh eggs, home made brownies! Jenny wrens is a 5* hotel, everything has already been thought of - bath robes, fire wood, shampoo/conditioner, magazines, books. Hands down the best shower I’ve ever used! And if that all isn’t enough the giant outdoor bath with towels and bubbles is really something special. The decor is just wonderful! Highland cows, ducks, sheep adorn trinkets and wall art. If I could give Jenny wrens a higher rating I would. The whole weekend was tranquil, we would love to come back if you’d have us. Thank you so much. Carla & Glen xxx
